today woke up and realised that my back has recover, now i can sit down without screaming pain. today wanted to go out but on one was free today so no choice but to stay at home, downloaded some new songs but cannot sent into my phone so now only can listen to them in my computer. today no homework but need to do some drum training to make up for my back injury.
